High in the 1,600-meter ridges of Atok, Benguet, farmer Delna Calbone nurtures this single-origin, unroasted Arabica — a true expression of Philippine highland coffee. On her family farm, in the cool mountain air and mineral-rich soils, Delna cultivates Typica and Bourbon Arabica with care passed down through generations.
This natural-processed lot is handpicked at peak ripeness and sun-dried on raised beds, locking in sweetness and depth. The result is a green coffee that shines with floral brightness and citrus zest at light roasts, and develops into stone fruit, chocolate, and mellow acidity at medium profiles.
