We offer premium, organically grown coffee beans from the Cordillera region. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge but are subject to change without notice.

Product availability may vary depending on harvest cycles and stock levels.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed once full payment is received.
• Wholesale orders require full payment upon confirmation before roasting.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, GCash, Maya, and other payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or insufficient stock.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship nationwide via partner couriers. Same-day delivery is available in Metro Manila through Lalamove or Grab.

Estimated delivery times:

• Luzon (except Batanes): 1–5 business days
• Visayas & Mindanao: 5–10 business days

Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be shipped the next working day. Please note these are estimates based on courier timelines and may vary due to weather or regional accessibility.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on opened coffee items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll gladly make it right.

5. Wholesale Terms

We love working with resellers, cafés, and coffee enthusiasts looking to stock up. Here’s what to know:

• Minimum Order Quantities
  • Roasted Beans: 8 kilos per variant
  • Green Beans: 10 kilos per variant
• All wholesale orders are roasted upon confirmation to guarantee maximum freshness.
• Orders are vacuum-sealed and packed to protect flavor and quality during transit.

Need a specific grind? No problem! Just let us know your preferred grind size when placing your order.
