About Us – From Coffee Roots to Sustainable Future

At Si'jop Capital, coffee isn’t just what we drink—it’s who we are.

Growing up in Kabayan, Benguet, coffee was an integral part of our daily life. My parents had coffee trees in our backyard, and from the very start, I was surrounded by the smell of fresh, organic, specialty Bourbon and Typica Arabica coffee—the kind of coffee I’ve always known and loved.

Coffee runs in our family’s veins. We started sipping our first cups as toddlers—sipping, not just for the caffeine, but as a way to bond and connect. Coffee wasn’t a ritual; it was a way of life. My entire family, from my parents to my ancestors, has always been passionate about the rich, full flavors that come from organic, hand-grown beans.

This deep-rooted love for coffee has inspired me to take things a step further. I want to support the coffee farmers of the Cordillera region who have made this passion possible. The farmers we work with are the heart of our business. By helping them grow their farms and ensuring their livelihoods flourish, I hope to provide opportunities for their families to build a brighter future. It’s my dream that one day, their children won’t need to seek work abroad, because their coffee farms will sustain them.

As I grow Si'jop Capital, I aim to create a legacy—one where future generations can stay, thrive, and continue the rich coffee culture of the Cordillera. I hope the children of today’s farmers will one day return to manage their family farms, ensuring the sustainability and prosperity of their heritage.

So when you enjoy our coffee, know you’re not just tasting a rich, flavorful brew. You’re drinking a cup full of history, family, and the promise of a better future for the farmers who make it all possible.

Join us in celebrating the legacy of Cordillera coffee—one sip at a time.
